HOW TO USE:

Use during day and night after cleansing but before serum and moisturizer. Shake it up and with a cotton pad, press down on the pump 2-3 times. Swipe pad saturated with the hydrating toner across clean, dry skin on your face and neck. (Bonus points for chest)
