What if I want to cancel my order?

PAYMENT

What types of payment do you accept?
We accept payments from PayPal, BDO, GCash, LBC, Cebuana Lhuillier, and Palawan Express. Payments must be settled within 24 hours upon receiving your confirmation e-mail. Otherwise, your order will be automatically cancelled.

Do I need to have a PayPal account to use my credit card?
No. You can pay using your credit card even without a PayPal account through PayPal’s guest checkout page.

Are there any additional fees when I use my credit card?
None.

I chose to pay through BDO, GCash, or money remittance. How can I send my proof of payment?
Please send a clear copy of the payment receipt via e-mail. We'll confirm and ship your order on the next business day.

Can I pay via cash on delivery (COD)?
No. We currently don't accept COD.

 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

How do I track my order?
Once your order has been processed and shipped out, you will receive an e-mail from us with the tracking details of your order.

Where do you deliver to?
We deliver nationwide. 

How much is the shipping fee?
₱100 - Metro Manila
250 - Provinces
250 - Express (same day delivery to Metro Manila. 5pm cut-off)

How long do I have to wait for my package to arrive?
We ship on the next business day after payment has been settled. Please allow approximately 1-2 business days for orders to arrive within Metro Manila, and 2-3 business days to provinces. We are not responsible for any shipment delays caused by the courier. We also have Express Shipping for same day delivery to Metro Manila areas. 

When will I receive my package for Express Shipping?
Orders paid before 5pm will be sent out shortly. Orders paid after 5pm will be sent out the next day at 10am.
 

GIFT CARDS

Can a gift card be used more than once?
Yes, provided there is still a balance remaining on the card.

Can a gift card be used to pay for shipping? 
Yes. Gift cards are applied to the final order total which includes shipping.

Can gift cards be used in conjunction with a promo code?
Yes. Gift cards are a form of payment.

Can gift cards be reloaded?
No. You can't reload a gift card.

RETURNS & REFUND

Do you accept returns and/or exchanges?
Due to the nature of our products, returns and exchanges will not be accepted. We always ensure that your products are well-packed and protected before we release them.

What products can I pre-order?
You can pre-order any USA brand beauty product not listed on our website.

How do I pre-order a product?
You can find our pre-order form HERE.

How do I know the price of the item I want to pre-order?
You can contact us first to get a price quote or you can fill-out the pre-order form and we'll e-mail you the price.

Do you require a downpayment for pre-orders?
Yes. All pre-orders require a 50% downpayment in order to be processed.

When is the estimated time of arrival?
Lead time for pre-orders is 2-3 weeks.

How will I know if my pre-ordered items are here?
We will send you an e-mail once your pre-ordered items are here. Balance must be settled before we ship out your order.
